Deception has entered the body of Christ. Many believe that a temple must be built on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, so that the antichrist will set himself up there, and then break a seven-year treaty with Israel.
This view is flawed and has skewed other interpretations of prophecy.
No New Testament prophet ever said there would ever be another temple built. Jesus fulfilled the law, and we as His followers are now temples. Paul, who gave the antichrist prophecy about a temple being set up, was talking about us, Believers, and the Church in general.
